Glynn entered the insurance industry in 1965, and established Glynn Griffing and Associates, Administrators in 1988. He has been involved in all areas of the industry, including property & casualty, and life & health. Glynn’s experience, partnered with his continuing education at national symposiums and the study of Section 125 publications, has gained him a reputation as an expert in employee benefits.

He holds a BBA from the University of Mississippi.

Kim earned a BM from the University of Mississippi and an MM from Boston University. Upon returning to Jackson in 1993, she joined Glynn Griffing and Associates as a licensed agent and administrator. Kim has been extremely involved in her community, serving on boards for several non-profit organizations. In 2011, Kim was recognized as a top 10 finalist in the Mississippi Business Journal’s” 50 Leading Businesswomen and in January 2012 was named President of Glynn Griffing and Associates.

Fred has his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi. He joined Glynn Griffing and Associates in 2003 with over 12 years of sales experience. Fred has been serving employers and employees by providing them with options for their employee benefits needs. He attends national symposiums to advance his education in the field of employee benefits. 

Milton has a B.S. and M.Ed. from Mississippi College and an Ed.D. from Mississippi State University. He has been with Glynn Griffing and Associates since 2001. Milton was involved with the educational system and state government for over 30 years, including serving as Executive Director of the Public Employees’ Retirement System of Mississippi. He has participated in enrollments for numerous state agencies and educational institutions while also adding numerous accounts providing cafeteria plan administration and insurance products. Milton attends national seminars to remain current on employee benefits.
