Open Enrollment: November 4th & 5th

CMRC will be providing two different enrollment methods for the 2021 Open Enrollment.

Starting on October 29th, you will have the option to:

  1. Schedule a virtual enrollment meeting to have an agent enroll you in your benefits for the upcoming plan year
  2. Schedule an in-person enrollment meeting to have an agent enroll you in your benefits for the upcoming plan year

You will need to sign up for one or the other by 5pm on November 3rd, 2020.

Virtual, Face-to-Face Meetings – November 4th

For those employees who would prefer to enroll virtually, CMRC will have enrollment stations setup on-campus for you to meet with a member of the enrollment team on November 4th.

Click here to schedule your enrollment meeting.

You will not need to have a computer to enroll virtually. CMRC will be providing computers and getting everything setup for you to meet with an enroller virtually. All you will need to do show up at the scheduled time to meet with an agent so they can enroll you in your benefits for the upcoming plan year.

On-Site, In-Person Meetings – November 5th

For employees who did not complete their enrollment virtually or would prefer to meet with our enrollment team in-person, we will be on-campus on November 5th.

Click here to schedule your enrollment meeting.

You will still need to schedule an appointment if you would like to meet with an enroller in person. This will allow us to better control the number of people in the meeting room and ensure we are able to meet with as many employees as possible.
