Open Enrollment: October 7th & 8th
NMSH will be providing different two enrollment options this year.
Virtual Enrollment – October 7th
If you would like to complete your enrollment virtually, you will need to sign up with Aundra in your HR department to meet with a member of the enrollment team virtually on October 7th.
In-Person Enrollment – October 8th
For employees who did not complete their enrollment virtually or would prefer to meet with our enrollment team in-person, we will be on-campus on October 8th.
Benefit Changes
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL CURRENT CANCER AND SHORT-TERM DISABILITY POLICYHOLDERS
Colonial Life Cancer and Short Term Disability will no longer be available thru payroll deduction as of 1/1/21.
The good news–Aflac Cancer and Short Term Disability will be offered thru payroll from this point forward. You will be given credit for the time you were covered on the Colonial Short Term Disability, so don’t be concerned about new waiting periods or pre-existing condition limitations.
Also, you can enroll in the Aflac Cancer plan with no health questions during this year’s open enrollment. Please contact one of our benefits counselors if you have any questions or concerns.
