Glynn entered the insurance industry in 1965, and established Glynn Griffing & Associates, Administrators in 1988. He has been involved in all areas of the industry, including property & casualty, and life & health. Glynn’s experience, partnered with his continuing education at national symposiums and the study of Section 125 publications, has gained him a reputation as an expert in employee benefits.
He holds a BBA from the University of Mississippi.
