Kim earned a BM from the University of Mississippi and an MM from Boston University. Upon returning to Jackson in 1993, she joined Glynn Griffing & Associates as a licensed agent and administrator. Kim has been extremely involved in her community, serving on boards for several non-profit organizations. In 2011, Kim was recognized as a top 10 finalist in the Mississippi Business Journal’s” 50 Leading Businesswomen and in January 2012 was named President of Glynn Griffing and Associates.
