Open Enrollment: September 13th & 14th (Online) or September 20th & 21st (On-Site)
SMSH will be providing two different enrollment methods for the 2024 Open Enrollment.
- On September 13th and 14th, you will be able to enroll in your benefits online through Employee Navigator.
- On September 20th and 21st, the enrollment team will be on-site at SMSH and you will be able to meet with one of the enrollers to enroll in your benefits in person.

To complete your enrollment, you will need to:
- Enroll in your benefits – Review the webpage below to see your options.
- Complete the mandatory HR forms – These are listed below under “Mandatory Forms.”
- Review and complete the optional HR forms, if necessary – These are listed below under “Optional Forms.”
